2021년 1월에 가수 조규찬과 함께 발표한 데뷔곡 “Really Bad”에 이어 신인 싱어송라이터 Tommy Kim(타미킴)의 두 번째 싱글 “Seoul Skies and Subways”가 2021년 4월 13일 포크라노스를 통해 발매되었다.

 

Tommy Kim(타미킴)의 단순하지만 중독성 있는 멜로디와 풍성한 백그라운드 보컬을 통해 젊음의 풋풋한 감성이 느껴지며 어쿠스틱 악기와 일렉트로닉 소스가 깔끔하게 조합된 팝 베이스 곡이다.

데뷔곡 “Really Bad”는 대도시(뉴욕)의 고된 삶과 불확실한 미래에도 꿈을 향한 간절함을 표현했다면 “Seoul Skies and Subways”는 서울을 배경으로 그 꿈을 위해 실제로 움직이고 행동하는 청년의 희망찬 의지를 담았다.
